Im going to a pink and black party and need your help!?

iv got a high wasted black short tulip skirt, black heels, thick black waistbelt with gold on it, gold and brown neclace and brown bracelets, they all look pretty good together tbh, however i have no idea what to wear on my top half! i really dont want to wear pink but apparently have to, i tried my long sleeved ralph lauren pink and white stripe shirt, but i look like im going to an office not a party, please help me!! im willing to risk not wearing pink but what shall i wear instead?
