Would you be annoyed with a friend who expects you to pay for everything ?

I have this friend who invites me to places but then expects me to pay for him as well. For example, if we go out to eat, when we get the bill, my friend asks for the money for the whole thing. Also, I have to pay for this bus fare as well. One time we went out of the city on an excursion, and he only brings $10 for the whole thing. You'd think if we were going on an all-day excursion, youd bring more than $10. I ended up having to pay for everything.
