Will CPS report my failed drug test?

Child Protective Sevices was called (routinely) by the doctor when my girlfriend and I took our little 7 month old in for a bruise on her ankle which turned out to be a possible fracture. No fu**ing way are we abusing our little girl, let me make that clear right now. Doc says it is possible its a problem with her bone marrow and its making her bones real week. Anyways they gave me a drug test and I know it is going to fail. I dont want to say for what but I will say no coke, and no meth, and no heroin. I dont live with my girlfriend or the kids. The part that scares me is I am on parole. I need to know if they keep these results conf. or do they report them? Thanks.
