Why do yapoo take down questions that complain about their so called service?

yahoo it seems deems itself above critiscism and any question posted about its crap service is taken down and a violation email sent , well if thats the way to handle complaints perhaps they should employ some adults with an IQ bigger than a bloody banana , you contact so called customer care (which is some hillbilly in a shack) and get absolutely nowhere , you post a question asking why they are so bloody useless and hey presto gone in 30 mins , just proves the theory that the truth hurts and as per usual the truth is swept under the carpet , yahoo grow up , fix the issues that you have for eg:- the yahoo mail / yahoo games / yahoo chat /yahoo search , which basically means the whole lot and stop pissing the client base that you have off ! answers on a poatcard to yahoo , sunnyvale , idiotville , some banana republic in the pacific region lol
