Why is it that if some one asks about abh gbh battery every one presumes that the person asking is at wrong?

some times cases or incidents happen were truly the person acused hasent done wrong or they have been put in a position were the person has done something but its been made ten times worse. i think for people who know they have done wrong they should be puneshed but why is it that some of the answeres on hear go mad and slag the person off for asking a question your vews on this please thanks
