PSone image is wobbly?

Same thing happened to me a while back and all i did was plug it into another TV and it worked fine....i dont know what the problem was...both TVs worked fine but for some reason the tv in my room would make the screen jumpy and the one in the living room didnt...not really any help but who knows....
