Afghanistan: Karzai to train another 50,000 Afghan troops to tackle corruption?

You have 57,000-odd Gurkhas applying for 159 vacancies in the British Army ... why doesn't Karzai take them all? They even speak Urdu, and tend to get things done without running away ...
