Am i dying? please help me!?

Ok, i spent 4 hours with a candle burning while i was working in my tiny bedroom, with the door closed and no windows open . It felt really cold in the house so it didn't stike me as odd when my lips were a tadd blue. When about to brush my teeth, i spit out black in the sink. This freeked me out.. i looked online and searched "black spit". The search results were alot about pepto-bismol (which has happened to me before). The difference though was that it wasn't chalkly black stuff on my toungue it was from my throat, like when you do a "lugi"(i haven't taken pepto-b 4 a year)I typed "smoke inhalation" and the decsriptions mached: i was having a horrible feeling in my throat, my upper abdominal hurt, black spit, blue lips. But i don't know if i'm just acting like a hypochondriac because in most of the articles online that i read, were talking about how people who are in like huge fires get it. I was wondering if it's possible to get smoke inhalaion from a candle? (because it has PM).
