As horrible as it sounds, the person is obviously insane The accounts I heard from witnesses leads me to believe he is a paranoid schizophrenic. The judge has already requested a psychiatric essment. If found insane, he will byp the court system and be committed to a phychiatric facility operated by the Federal Justice system. Probably the Regional Psych Centre in Saskatoon where he'll become a ward of the government. My thoughts are with the victim's family right now. May they find peace.
