I really love singing,but I can't?

If you want to sing and enjoy your own voice - practice! Why don't you have your parents purchase a really nice Karoke set with the mike and use that to practice. Get a list of songs that you like and learn them. Practice and when you feel that you are up to snuff -give your parents and brother a show. I believe that unless you are tone death (cannot 'hear' the sound of a note on an instrument and be able to sound like it), then there is no hope - so in your case, I believe you can. Good luck
