Intermittent Explosive Disorder?

I was diagnosed with Intermittent Explosive Disorder when i was 15 years old...I'm now 18 and it only seems to be getting worse...I've tried medication and therapy but nothing seems to work...I cant control myself when i become angry...when people disrespect me i dont hesitate to beat the crap out of them...It has gotten me into trouble countless times...aftwerwards i feel remurse and embaressed about what i have done to them...can anyone with this disorder please tell me what they have done to better ther situation and control their rage?
