Making Changes to my CSU Application Fee Waiver?

I have messed up on details concerning the CSU Fee Waiver on my CSU online college app. I did not submit my college application yet, but I did submit my Fee Waiver already. I have read on CSUmentor that I should call the admission office, but does this mean I should either send all my applications and call all the admission office to correct my mistake or just ask my counselor about what to do?
