Discrimination is illegal, any form of it. This is also ual harment. I certainly wouldn't be happy working there. When this type of environment interferes with your being able to do your job, it's harment. Both are illegal. If you don't get anywhere with your HR department, file a lawsuit. You won't have any problem. You need to have proof, a coworker, emails, etc. Good Luck.
