6 months ago, I received a letter from Capital One claiming that I had tried to open an account with them. I called the number listed in the letter and notified them that I have not attempted to open any account, and to investigate that account in question. Capital One sends me forms to complete to report an identity theft. I pulled my credit report a few days ago and see a listing for a charged off Capital one account. Can I sue Capital One for gross negligence in due diligence after I had notified them that I was not interested in opening an account with them, and how do I proceed with legal action?

I know my only hope is to get out of Texas, i hope that i can convince my parents to let me move back home and live with my brother when i am 17 (but that is doubtful) and if that doesn't work i am gonna either run away or wait until i am 18 and just leave and never talk to my parents again. I've conducted my research from two women; one named Kim, from Brielle, in the Netherlands, and the other named Audrey from Cork, Ireland. I chose these two as they're generally considered to be European nations with a western influence on them so was hoping to contrast between them in my findings to determine their similarities and differences. What distinguishes their cultural identities from each other while retaining western ideology? One of the first questions I asked both of my participants was what language they both spoke. My findings were interesting as Kim’s primary language is Dutch but she speaks English fluently and that it's not uncommon to find English speakers in the Netherlands whereas in my interview with Audrey her primary language is English, yet the Irish have their own language based on Gaelic known as Gaelige. She explained to me that when England took over they couldn't understand the people so coerced them into speaking English. Which likely started as a second language for existing speakers of Gaelige during the post-war generation till it became a primary language to the generation that succeeded it. She told me the younger generation of Irish people aren't as interested in learning Irish anymore though it's taught so it won't be forgotten. My next question I asked my participants was kind of foods do they eat there. Remarkably enough the foods are quite similar to what is commonly eaten in the United States. Kim told me that in the Netherlands they love cheese (And even prided herself on saying that its better than cheese produced in the U.S!) They have Dutch styled pancakes, which she described to be thinner and larger compared to pancakes cooked in the U.S, and that they also have toppings for them! Such as bacon, cheese, mussels, and even garlic sauce! They also have boiled potatoes and hotchpots. Audrey said in Ireland she instead has meals comparable to food you'd find in the U.S ranging from chicken burgers, pizza, to vegetable plates, baked potatoes, pasta, rice, hamburgers. Though she also mentioned foods eaten in the olden days of Cork, known as Tripe and Drisheen. Tripe, literally is an edible offal from the stomachs of various farm animals. In Ireland a whole cuisine was supposedly made out of this in Southern Cork because of the large production of meat gathered for the British Empire Cork had developed its own cuisine from any part of the animal leftover. Drisheen is a black pudding made from pig, cow, or sheep blood. She then went onto mention a traditional Irish breakfast which does include Drisheen in it. It consists of Drisheen (Though more commonly referred to now as pudding), bacon, fried eggs, sausages, beans, tomatoes, toast and coffee or tea. Next I inquired about what kind of religion is practiced and the answers varied. Kim told me that in the Netherlands religion is very diverse though most of the people are Christian. In Ireland however mostly everyone is catholic and are very devout in their faith. Next I asked the two about what traditions and/or holidays they celebrate. Kim answered that it more or less depended on the person and that they have national holidays as well as local ones. One they celebrate appeals is a national holiday on May 5th, their liberation day. They do have Christmas and Easter but they also have something else. On December 5th, for kids mostly, they celebrate a holiday called Sinterklaas. She also described the story to me that goes back to a Greek bishop who used to live in Turkey. That was raised by a rich family. When his father died he gave everything to people who needed it and just took some money to travel. Eventually he is supposed to have saved some children and settled down in Greece as a bishop. After his death he was declared a saint. He I supposed to live in Spain and come to the Netherlands by steamboat with Zwarte Pieten (Black men in weird outfits as she described) as his helpers. He then rides with his helpers on his horse and delivers to presents to children who have been good. The children who have been bad however would have to go with him back to Spain in a sack and receive a beating by a “roe” (A load of twigs bound together) His birthday is December 6th but instead of receiving gifts he distributes them on December 5th to small children who put a shoe by the fireplace. first of all (and no offence if you are) it's made by an american company. the original question put to the writer was "can we make the tudor dynasty into a SOAP OPERA" hense the ing it up and some of the changes to make it more "interesting". A picture would help, but I think it could be finrot or some kind of fungal infection. Are the patches fluffy at all? or does the fin look ragged/torn or eaten away? If so, then you should treat it with anti fungus and finrot. Adding the salt may have suddenly changed some of the properties of the water and that could have stressed the fish, leading to it being weakened and more susceptible to infection. Ideally if you were going to use aquarium salt, you should have put it in there to start with to avoid sudden changes in the water. However, now that the salt is in, it sould be beneficial and will reduce the risk of the fish becoming infected again, so you can keep adding a little when you change the water. Try and keep the concentration of aquarium salt in the water constant.

Cat issues???

We got a new puppy about a month ago. Him and the cat play and romp around alot. The cat acts all mad when the puppy comes up and starts playing, and gets all growly and hissy, but I know that if he didn't really like the puppy playing with him he would jump up on the couch or somewhere the puppy can't reach. He lays outside the crate when we have the puppy in there and plays with the puppy through the bars. That's not the issue though. Ever since we got the puppy, the cat has been pooping on the couch or on the stairs(carpeted). He's been housebroken since we got him a year ago, and the only other time he pooped outside his litterbox was when we switched litter on him. We switched back to the old litter, and he was fine. I wouldnt put 20' extensions in hair that is only shoulder length. Also, I wouldnt get clip ins. If you wanted extentions that looked natural I would go with fusion bonds. The attach to your hair at the root and blend in. They are a little pricier than clip ins but they last for 5 or 6 months. A professional will cut them into your hair so that you wont have that mullet like look.

If you want to sing and enjoy your own voice - practice! Why don't you have your parents purchase a really nice Karoke set with the mike and use that to practice. Get a list of songs that you like and learn them. Practice and when you feel that you are up to snuff -give your parents and brother a show. Really confused about weaning!?

With my son, who is now 10 months, I pureed EVERYTHING. He took to it veryvery well and i loved the factthat i could freeze everything in ice cube trays (1 cube is toughly oz of food). However when i then tried to introduce mashed up food (with a little more texture) I had alot of trouble and he would not take to it at all. He eventually refused to eat all together and lost alot of weight. I looked up alot of stuff online and came across 'baby lead weaning' and although it may have been a little late (he was 7 months old at this time) i started to let him pick at finger food all day and just try things for himself. He now eats what i would call 'toddler food' so basically, everything that me and my partner would eat just cut up smaller. He is now 10 months old and weighs 24lb!! I think that next time round, to save alot of hastle and distress, i would go with the baby lead weaning route of finger foods xxx

How should I go about replacing my 2x6 garage rafters?

I have a 20 foot wide garage with 3, 2x6 rafters that span that length. There's plywood on top for storage, however since the house is over 40 years old, they're starting to dip in the middle. Hard drive keeps showing errors in Chkdsk on a 2 year old 160 gig Hitachi sata drive!?

I have done a normal format 2 times.. I have tried Low level zero filling format, and I have tried using Chkdsk to repair the hard drive.. When I use chkdsk to repair the error, it doesnt show any bad sectors, any errors at all that it is repairing. I have ran Seagate Tools on it and ped all the tests, even used Disk Utility in Ubuntu 10.10 live CD to look for bad sectors.. GUESS WHAT? DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE HARD DISK! How the hell can I tell if sectors are bad on this drive if nothing will tell me!! I used Norton Ghost to backup this friends files from a 82.20 gig hard drive with 20 bad sectors. I know, I know, Not a good idea. But at the time I didnt know that there was bad sectors, didnt even think there was anything wrong with the other hard drive.. It was only when problems like freezes and blue screens that I decided something was happening and did a SMART Scan on the hard drive and opps, 20 bad sectors.. ! NOW I MIGHT HAVE TRANSFERRED THE BAD SECTORS ON THE 160 Gig Sata Hitachi Hard drive! WHAT DO I DO NOW??

I've seen more of them ruined by getting accidentally closed in the car door in the ride from a beauty salon to the church. How to get boogers off of kittens nose?

We've got a new kitten, (she is 9 months old but we've had her less than a week) she's got some dark crusty-clumped "boogers" inside but near the front of her nostrils. Yesterday I was horribly nauseous, and a few hours after I ate chik fil a, I puked. Afterwords, I had the shakes and was extremely cold. I took a nap, and when I woke up, I was sweaty and very uncomfortable. I fell asleep at 6, woke up at 12 am, 5 am, 6 am, and then laid in bed till 8 am, took a nap till nine, and had some yogurt for breakfast. It was obviously not a good night's sleep. Today, I am severely and constanly nauseous with a throbbing headache that faded around noon. After I ate corn for dinner (I was hungry, but had absolutely no appetite) I had awful diarrhea that has been going on for five hours now, and I go about every ten minutes. I feel so drained and tired, and sitting up straight is a chore. I constanly burp and have foul smelling gas. When I go to the bathroom, my diarrhea sounds like I'm peeing. I'm a thirteen year old virgin, so pregnancy is out of the question. I took a few different medicines throughout the day for neousea but none of it worked. My tummy hurts terribly and makes extremely loud popping sounds. Im very bloated, and my cheek bones look a little swollen. Please help? :(

My cousins wife has this...same side and everything. What she really has to be careful about is the kids...making sure she is not holding them on that side or doing things with that hand that are really important. Her arm will go numb and it does not have a lot of strength. She has her hand in an almost "C" shape all of the time and has a slight limp on that side. Otherwise, she does not have too much trouble. Just has to be aware of her steps and what movements she makes. She has really adapted to this though.

My rats are on Baytril (twice a day) at the moment as well. Though they also have Doxycycline (once a day) (pain killer + antiimflammatory) and had 10 days of metacam (twice a day) before that. You should be able to notice a difference though in your rat after a couple of days of using the medicine otherwise Id suggest going to another vet (I go to a vet specifically for rodents and rabbits- they are amazing). Discharge=BAD! I dont think its because of stress, my rats get stressed taking medicine but they dont get discharge. They had that before the medicines.

Bossy horse around food?

I have a 17yr old TB mare that is really bossy and demanding when it comes to food. She is absolutely fine in the paddock, walking her, fine to catch etc. but she just gets so worked up when she thinks you have food. For example, the other day I went to see her (she doesnt live at our place-but i see her approx. 4 days a week) and i stood out in the paddock and waited for her to come to me (usually she comes as soon as she sees you, but she was just being all stubborn) and i waited for a while, then i walked back towards the gate to wait for her there, but she must of thought I was leaving her without feeding her. Enlarged Lymphnodes, Fever or Unknow origin... HELP!?

Ok I will try to make this short. I am a 28 year old female and mother of 2. I am overweight and I have some issues with my menstrual cycle (PCOS). I have had enlarged lymphnodes especially the right epitrohclear (sp?) node in my right arm it is about 3 cm long by 1 cm wide. I have had a fever for about 15 days Despite piroxicam and Vicodin with Tylenol. It has been low grade 99.5-100.5, but still makes me feel crummy. I have sweats, join pain, muscle pain, headache. I am totally lethargic, no appetite. I have been seeing and Infectious disease /gp doc I have had every blood test you could imagine. From infectious, Zoonotic, blood cultures, autoimmune etc. The only abnormal results so far is my inflammatory markers are elevated. I have no obvious infection any where. I am awaiting the results of a neck,chest, abdomen, pelvic CT with barium and contrast. I am concerend about Lymphoma. Can anyone offer any advice while I wait. I can't take this anymore.

Ok, i spent 4 hours with a candle burning while i was working in my tiny bedroom, with the door closed and no windows open . I have a 160 gig hard drive that i want to keep, its XP with everything I like on it. I plan on buying the hitachi 2tb but i am using my 2 drive bays already. Is there any way to partition 160 gig on the new hard drive for the old operating system and the rest as another drive for storage? will it limit the space?
